i have domain controler for new domain but it is a child domain in an existing domain tree i want to make it as domain controler in new forest and i want it as DNS and DHCP also i want to move all user with password (around 1000 user) and shared network printer(around 100 printer) to new domain controller with out effecting user how can i do it ?

remarks child domain uses server 2003 standard
