We still have some client machines running win 2000 Pro, these clients can't open any intranet sites and all winXP and Vista can open these sites with no problem. Any suggestion will do, they used to open fine till we changed the WINS. WINS service is registering clients with no problem even win 2000 pro clients, but now can't open intranet with these clients now?????

Did you modify the intranet web box at all ? off the top of my head there are a couple of settings that can cause older machines not to be able to view.

No change made on the intranet box, does raising domain from win 2000 domain to  2003 domain have any impact at all? thats one of the things we chnaged when changing WINS as well?????

hmmmm someone will be able to answer you, but I got it in my head some of the 'user groups' changed from 2000 to 2003 (eg. Authenticated Users)

I'm presuming the IIS box is not the same box as the DC ?

Of course the IIS box is not the AD.
