Outlook Meetings Not being Received properly

Hey Guys, i'm just shooting this out there.
I haven't tried anything yet, because it's one of my boss' computers. But she's sending out an Appointment from her Outlook 2003 (sp1 i think) to our other office (different domain) and the other side is recieving it as TEXT only.  Therefore they can't accept the meeting.

I sent a request from Outlook 2007 and that worked fine. Any ideas..

I think I'll start with updates, but I don't want to tie up her laptop for an hour and not fix the problem.

    rebuild exchange.

Just kidding :) I guarentee (well ok I dont) but I bet she has some stupid software on there that adds smileys and other crap, that isn't recognised on the other machines.

Can she send you a meeting request and see if it works. you should be able to see in the properties whats going on.

    he he he!!!

Yeah.. rebuilding exchange would probably be the very last thing I'd like to hear.

Well, just an update.. She's able to send meeting requests to myself and they are recieved fine. I can accept them without problems.. But it's the other users in our sister company, which recieved it as text only.

I've had her install some updates.. she'll let me know later what's going on..
