    Activesync on iPhone

I recently updated our Exchange 2003 server to SP2.  When I did this, two employees were no longer able to perform an activesync from the road to get their email.  I am pretty sure this has something to do with SSL and port 443 configuration being the default setting when you install SP2.  I have had the employees reconfigure their activesync settings to use port 443 instead of port 80, but that doesn't seem to be working. I would like to have them go back to using port 80, but don't know how to disable to SSL on the Exchange server.

Any suggestions on how to do this would be helpful.

    Thanks - Patti
