Hi - new here but I've had it bookmarked for ages

Exchange 2003 - I have one of our users wanting to do some bulk emailing to clients. They have these in an Excel file. They do not want the contacts in the GAL so I thought I'l put them in the PFs. I created a new contact folder, imported the .csv file into it and moved the new contacts folder into the PF area.

It is one mass mail list but they do want to send 'personal'  emails to a selection of clients sorted by insurer, I have mapped the insurer name to the last name field.

Is there anyway to create a DL from these which everyone could use? The only way I can see is importing the contacts into AD and then using them from the GAL. I thought maybe I would be able to use 'find'  on the contact PF and select the address' from there but I can't find a way around this. Maybe I am being thick?
