Exchange OWA2003-Securing email-Encryption

Hi Friends

I have a Exchange 2003 server as frontend server with two Backend servers in same domain as cluster nodes.I am not able to install S/mime control in OWA2003 while I can send encrypted emails through outlook 2003.I have installed CA and imported certificate -USER,for the user in the web browser certificates also.Please let me know the procedure to do it.

Error on page-----at the bottom of the web page .while installing S/MIME control in owa 2003(Internet Explorer above 6.0)
