Need PBX Monitoring.

    Need PBX Monitoring.

    Hey Guys, It seems that our PBX is dropping calls. We have a callcenter here, and apparently there are calls being dropped from time to time. There's no real time, or situation that i can find is related.I haven't see any patterns yet.

     Does anyone know of any monitoring software or something i can setup to monitor it? Our pbx gives me an option to watch the Call Status of all that is going through, but Right now things are working fine, so i don't see anything. Also there's no logs showing any errors, etc. 

     We have a Avaya IpOffice 512 PBX?

    Any input will probably be helpful? Thanks,

    where is it dropping the calls

     - client side (hangups)

    - people dialing in?

    Since that previous message we've moved our PRI's from Videotron to PRIMUS.

    So, since then I haven't heard of any dropped calls..i will definetely update when I can. 

    But what was happening before was while the callcenter people were on the phone with a client the line would just cut. (incoming calls). 

    But so far so good, but we'll have to wait for a real busy time to find out.
