Hey Guys,
It seems that our PBX is dropping calls. We have a callcenter here, and apparently there are calls being dropped from time to time. There's no real time, or situation that i can find is related.I haven't see any patterns yet.
Does anyone know of any monitoring software or something i can setup to monitor it? Our pbx gives me an option to watch the Call Status of all that is going through, but Right now things are working fine, so i don't see anything. Also there's no logs showing any errors, etc.
We have a Avaya IpOffice 512 PBX?
